By accessing or using IndieDeck (hosted at indiedeck.page), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Platform Overview
IndieDeck is a public profile platform that lets builders, founders, and creators showcase their products, verify build metrics, share project timelines, and collect analytics.
2. Account Responsibility
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration info.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of your OAuth credentials.
- Be fully responsible for all content, timelines, and links published under your profile.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- Uploading illegal, harmful, threatening, or infringing material.
- Distributing malware, phishing materials, or bulk spam.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scan, or breach platform security protocols.
- Employing automated scraping tools on creator profiles without explicit written authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or ban profiles that violate our acceptable use guidelines.
4. Publicly Published Content
Any content you upload to your public IndieDeck profile is accessible by the general public. You certify that you own or possess valid licensing for all content, images, graphics, and logos displayed on your profile.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Billing: Premium Pro subscriptions are processed and managed via Dodo Payments on a monthly or annual billing cycle.
Refund Policy: All subscription charges are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by local consumer protection statutes.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via your Billing Settings. Cancellation stops subsequent auto-renewals.
6. Custom Domain Names
Pro users are solely responsible for acquiring, managing, configuring, and updating DNS records (such as CNAME mappings) for custom domains linked to their profiles.
7. Limitation of Liability
IndieDeck is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, flawless analytics data, or zero loss of database backups. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages or loss of revenue resulting from platform service downtime.
8. Governing Law & Updates
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, with updates reflected by posting revised terms directly on this URL.
